Training of Trainers - Advanced Simultaneous and Simultaneous with text

EMCI Training of Trainers workshop on Advanced Simultaneous and Simultaneous with text

Prague, February 13-14, 2014

The EMCI’s work program for the academic year 2013-14 included the organization of workshops for less experienced trainers of interpreters on the subject of teaching advanced simultaneous interpreting and simultaneous interpreting with text. The workshops were organised by Charles University Prague, and were co-moderated by Ms. Ildiko Horvath (ELTE), Ms Kate Davies (DG SCIC) and Mr. Roderick Jones (DG SCIC).

Given the interactive nature of the workshops, it was impossible to video-record the event. The powerpoints that guided the workshops are made available for future reference (courtesy of Ms Davies, whom we thank wholeheartedly).
