Training of Trainers workshop on New Technologies in Interpreter Training
The EMCI’s work program for the academic year 2018-19 included the organisation of a workshop for less experienced trainers of interpreters on the subject of new technologies in interpreter training. The workshop was organised by ELTE University, Budapest, and it was co-moderated by Ms. Mirja Bouchard (DG LINC), Mr. Alexander Drechsel (DG SCIC), Ms. Alessandra Riccardi (Università degli Studi di Trieste), Ms. Clare Donovan (ESIT) and Ms. Ildikó Horváth (ELTE). Representatives from eighteen Universities attended the workshop.
Given the interactive nature of the workshops, it was impossible to video-record the event. The documents that guided the workshops are made available for future reference (courtesy of the moderators, whom we thank wholeheartedly).
